A customized web form accepts applications. The client back-end provides a platform to allow you to review those applications and notify applicants of your approval/denial decisions. It delivers comprehensive reporting for your files, your security staff, and your badge printer.

All elements of the service – including branding, colors, web forms and emails to applicants, vendors and guests – are totally customized for your event.

OnlineCredentials.com is offering this third-generation service after more than $300,000 invested in development. GuestPass uses three individualized web sites for your event. Through an invitation site your staff can generate exciting, custom-designed email invitations. Guests respond via a site with invitation-contingent RSVP information. An admin site lets you oversee the process, communicate with guests, and easily report guest counts for catering, hotels, transportation and other requirements.

  • It does not change any management or approval responsibilities: You still review and approve all applications.

  • It does not conflict with paper elements required by some events (assignment letters, signed agreements, sign-in sheets). The service helps track paper-based forms or authorizations associated with each application.

GuestPass at the 2005 Orange Bowl

Orange Bowl VIP hospitality was very complex with eight events, from zero to eight tickets to each event included with each invitation, and a list of other possible elements, including hotel, airport transport, spa and golf outings, and more. For the 2005 Orange Bowl, invitations to all guests were generated and managed through a secure website created under GuestPass.
• Each invitation was unique, created through staff use of an online
  form that asked about all available events and features.
• When each invitation was complete, the guest received a standard
  text email that was automatically generated by the system.
• This invitation included a Flash "movie" to impress and excite
  the guest. It made a big splash with an animated game logo and
  pictures of past games. At the end of the presentation, the guest could
  click to the RSVP/registration form. Each guest would see an
  automatically customized form just with events and features included
  in their invitation. (Features and events that were not included in their
  invitation were NOT mentioned. For example, the registration only
  asked for flight information if airport transfers were included.
• When the Orange Bowl staff reviewed and confirmed all RSVP
  information for a guest, they "approved" the guest, triggering a second
  email with specific event information for that guest including ticket
  pickup, staff contact and other pre-event details.
• Orange Bowl staffers had the ability to easily generate reports to
  review and manage ticket allocation and guest responses such as
  number of spa appointments, dinner reservations, parking passes
  needed, and specific hotel and transport details.
