Vendors, facility staff, operations and other workers need different types of event access. Management for each service submits employee names using an online form. Lists are reviewed and confirmed through a private web site. When a list is confirmed, an email to the applying manager is automatically generated. Reports can display labels by company, with data on specific types of access for on-site control.

OpsPass at the 2005 Rose Bowl

All staff, vendors and support personnel who required access to non-public areas of the Rose Bowl required photo credentials. Applications for these credentials were taken from department managers and vendor managers via a secure online application built and hosted under OpsPass.

• The Rose Bowl staff reviewed these applications based on their own   policies and schedule. • When applications by a vendor or department manager had been   processed, an email was automatically sent to the contact person with   a summary of the approvals and any denials. • In the days and weeks before the game, ops credentials were   exported to a database and late changes provided to the Ardian Group,   the on-site registration and credential printing company used by the   Rose Bowl. • Rose Bowl staff used the OpsPass system to produce status reports   on demand.
